RULES

• All players sign up to play in a Round Robin Pickleball match with a teammate that may be assigned and then a single elimination Tournament to immediately follow based on round robin results.
• All players will play in 3 round robins and assigned a player number.
• If a player is not present when the round robin matches are started their number will be reassigned.
• If you signed up as a pair, you will play together in the first match, after that, teams will be randomly selected for the next two rounds to make sure play is fair.
• A Random Number Generator will be used to place players based on their player number.
• Players are expected to call “in/out” on balls landing on their side of the net, and honestly reflect the actual game play.
• At the end of the 3 matches, the points earned on your 3 different teams will be added together and determine your seed in the tournament to immediately follow.
• Prizes will be handed out to whoever scores the most and least points. In the event of a tie for most, there will be a 2 minute sudden death that will determine the winner once the first point is scored.
• All Matches are 2×2 and will last 10 minutes, and the final score will be what is reflected at that point, unless there is a tie, at which point there will be a 2 minute sudden death that will determine the winner once the first point is scored, server will be determined by coin flip with the player with the lowest player number calling it.
• The tournament will be single elimination.
• Teams and first round match ups for the tournament will be determined by the round robin seeding, and then winners will advance to the next round until only one team remains.
• Tournament matches will follow the round robin format, 10 minutes of play and the final score will be what is reflected at that point, unless there is a tie, at which point there will be a 2 minute sudden death that will determine the winner once the first point is scored.
